Fraser Dawn departs Urangan Boat harbour daily, landing at Moon Point on Fraser Island – crossing time taking approximately 55 minutes. Moon Point is directly opposite Happy Valley on Fraser Island’s West Coast.
How to get there:
From the roundabout near Urangan Woolworths - follow Boat Harbour Drive Eastward down to the boat harbour area – turn left onto the Esplanade – then turn right onto Jetty Road. Fraser Dawn’s ramp is adjacent to the Water Police Head Quarters & Ampol fuel station at the Urangan Boat Harbour.

Ticket collection:
Assemble vehicles in the marked area and be ready to board barge 20 min prior to departure times. Ticket collection is onboard the Fraser Dawn.
Departure times from Urangan Boat Harbour:
April 1 to 6: two return services at 08.30am and 3.30pm
April 7 to April 30: one return service - alternates between AM and PM each day (for eg April 7 is 3.30pm sailing, April 8 is an 08.30am sailing).
May to September: please check with Reservations
